About Estelle
Estelle is a forensic accountant by profession, a former executive, and an experienced entrepreneur. With over 18 years of corporate experience and 10 years as a successful entrepreneur, she speaks from experience as well as years of her own personal and professional development. Her depth of business knowledge and life experiences allows her to educate and inspire aspiring career climbing professionals, young executives, entrepreneurs, and people, in general, to achieve higher levels of success, either professionally, personally, or in their businesses.

She has wealth of knowledge in the financial sector. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). She also holds an MBA with Specialisation in Coaching, Mentoring and Leadership. She is a certified Executive and Management Coach as well as a Life Coach. Additionally, she completed her articles with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Windhoek, Namibia.

She is a dynamic leader who served as a member of the Presidential High-Level Panel on the Namibian Economy and actively contributes to numerous public and private sector boards. A motivational speaker and corporate leader, she has been recognized for her achievements, receiving the Trailblazer Award at the Africa Women Conference in November 2018 and being inducted into the Namibian Business Hall of Fame in November 2022.​​

In February 2021, Estelle established her coaching practice, E-merge Coaching, with a particular focus on Executive, Business, and Transformational Coaching. Currently, she leads E-merge Coaching Academy, where she guides individuals, leaders, and small and medium enterprises toward transformative success. E-merge Coaching has worked with various organizations in Namibia and abroad, including the African Leadership Legends Awards. Her books, Breaking Barriers and the Breaking Barriers Workbook, achieved bestselling author status at Exclusive Books in Namibia.

Estelle is passionate about executive coaching for young professionals. She specifically works with aspiring and career climbing professionals, who desire to become C-suite executives.

As an entrepreneur, Estelle is also passionate about business coaching and works with Small and Medium Enterprises (SME's), who desires to grow and transform their businesses.

As a transformational coach, she works with individuals who have a desire to transform their lives and to emerge into a new and better versions of themselves.
Coaching Process
Estelle’s personal coaching process is designed to empower the client at all times. The client sets the coaching agenda for each coaching meeting based on their personal, professional or business goals. Her role as the coach is to ensure that all conversations lead the client closer to achieving their desired goal.
Coaching Method
Estelle coaching method includes both virtual and face-2-face coaching. Her virtual coaching method is the preferred green option that provides a way to overcome geographical boundaries, is convenient and cost-effective. With virtual coaching, she can reach clients anywhere in the world and the clients can also reach her.

Her face to face coaching method provide a personal touch and is the traditional coaching method.

Her coaching philosophy is built on the foundation that every client is an expert in his/her life and work and therefore is creative, resourceful and whole.
